By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Account Terms

Currency & Taxes: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets). By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Product Descriptions and Authenticity

Accuracy: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, actual colors or packaging may vary slightly due to screen display settings or manufacturer updates.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales quantity of any product or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order Confirmation: Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. An order is accepted only when it is processed and dispatched for delivery.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your payment has been processed and your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours or 2 business days and delivered within 3-15 business days, depending on your location in India.
Delays: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen force majeure events.
Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for eligible products within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Process: To initiate a return or report a damaged/defective product, please contact us at snifflabindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with photos and uncut and continuous unboxing videos.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes our quality verification.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts under Indian law.
To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
To scrape, data-mine, or harvest personal data of other users without authorization.
To engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniff Lab, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.
Our maximum cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
